About Henriette
Henriette is a registered dietitian based in Stellenbosch with a growing global client family. She blends Life Sciences and Psychology with an Honours in Marketing and Brand Strategy to cut through the wellness noise and make nutrition feel simple, doable and refreshingly real.
Her love of food began in the kitchen cooking for big family gatherings and her fascination with performance grew on the sports field, where she learnt how food fuels energy, focus and performance.
After a short adventure in Brand Strategy she returned to nutrition, completing her BSc Dietetics at Stellenbosch University and spent her community year serving in Mpumalanga.
Henriette specialises in helping people understand what their bodies need and believes food is a pivotal part of every life stage. She teaches that eating well should support joy, not restrict it. She believes nourishing yourself never means replacing braais, celebrations or meals shared with family and friends. You can do BOTH!
Today, she supports clients in-person and online across South Africa, the UK, the Netherlands and beyond! Because good nutrition principles travel well, no matter where you are in the world.

How does the process work?
Once an enquiry is received Henriette will make contact to book the first appointment which runs for about an hour. This initial consultation focuses on gathering as much information as possible about the client, their lifestyle and their goals. Around 7–10 days later a second session is scheduled where she shares all the tools and resources needed to confidently begin the journey. Follow-up sessions of 20–30 minutes are then booked and as the client becomes more independent and comfortable with the changes the time between sessions gradually increases until their goals are achieved.
How long is the process?
Henriette’s focus is long term lifestyle change with the goal of empowering each person to make choices that suit their own needs. The length of the journey is therefore individual and guided by what the client requires and feels confident with over time.
Why do you do blood work?
This process takes a holistic view where various blood markers are assessed to identify deficiencies or areas where extra support may be needed to guide your personalised nutrition journey. Henriette works alongside other medical practitioners when required and will make responsible referrals if further input is needed. She recommends repeating blood work every three months so that the impact of specific interventions can be clearly monitored and understood.

What makes this process different from a diet plan?
Henriette sees this journey as an investment in understanding what your body needs to thrive and reach your goals. She is a firm believer that food truly fuels and she has lived this in her own life. The aim is not for clients to see her forever but to learn the principles that make nutrition feel simpler and more manageable. By understanding macronutrients, energy density and how food supports the body clients feel more in control of their choices and the environment they eat in.
